CNC Machining

AceCo has a diverse fleet of large and small multi-axis CNC turning, milling, and multi-task machining centers. We utilize automation whenever possible to reduce setups and run lights out which allows us increased capacity, quality, and efficiency.

Core materials that AceCo works with: Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys, Composites, Engineered Plastics such as Vespel, PEEK, and PTFE.

Milling:
New 5-Axis state-of-the-art CNC machine: 
  • Turning, drilling, milling all in one machine
  • Work envelope: 31.5” x 41.5” x 31.5”
  • Dual pallets for long-cycle and quick set-ups
  • True 5-axis mode for contouring and drilling of multi-angle features in one set-up
Vertical Mills: 3-axis (4th axis capability)
  • Max work space: 80” x-axis x 36” y-axis x 24” z-axis
Multi-Spindle Large Capacity Vertical Mills: 3-axis
  • Max work space: 12’ x 12’
Horizontal Mills: 4-axis
  • Max work space: 31” x-axis x 24” y-axis x 31” z-axis (15” from center)
  • Six pallets for long-cycles and quick set-ups
Turning:
  • Multi-task lathes - up to 28” diameter
  • Swiss Turning: 7-axis up to 20mm (3/4”) diameter

Repair/Refurbishment Services

AceCo repairs, refurbishes, cleans and tests a variety of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment used in high vacuum CVD, MOCVD, PVD, ALD and FPD processes including those used in solar, flat panel display, OLED and semiconductor manufacture.  Some examples of equipment we refurbish are:

- High Vacuum Valves - Chamber isolation, load lock isolation, pendulum and pressure proportioning control valves. Models supported include CKD, HVA, MKS, Norcal, SMC and VAT.
