Executive Staff and Sales
William Moynihan, President
William “Bill” Moynihan serves as the current President of AceCo Precision Manufacturing. He has over 28 years of experience of senior management of AceCo’s various divisions, with present leadership focused in the Semiconductor/LCD division. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Bill presently manages the engineering, sales and marketing, maintenance, and repair and refurbishment operations. Bill graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Economics. He later graduated from Boise State University with an MBA. He has been employed at AceCo since 1983, and was one of the shareholders of AceCo before it became employee-owned.
Sid Sullivan, CFO
Sid presently serves as the CFO and Operations Officer at AceCo Precision Manufacturing. He has 19 years of accounting, auditing, and manufacturing experience and has been with AceCo since 1999. Sid has a degree in Accounting from Boise State University. When not working at AceCo he enjoys running, mountain climbing, whitewater rafting, and building cars.
Lynae Addy, Controller
Lynae presently serves as the Controller at AceCo Precision Manufacturing. She has six years in previous manufacturing experience on the production side, four years of public accounting experience in tax and financial accounting and has been with AceCo since 2010. Lynae holds a Master of Accountancy from Boise State University. When not working at AceCo she enjoys almost anything outdoors including hiking, biking and running.
Jason Wendland, Sales Manager
Jason has 13 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Semiconductor Industry and joined AceCo in 1998. Jason has an AA in Business and plans to complete his MBA. He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two children fishing, hiking, camping, and motorcycling in Idaho’s abundant wilderness areas.
Jeff Gasser, Inside Sales
Jeff became part of the AceCo Sales/Marketing group in 1997 with 7 years of orthopedic consulting experience. He graduated from Idaho State University with a B.A. in Marketing, and enjoys spending time with his wife, three teenagers, and four dogs.
Manufacturing and Engineering
Chris Wagner, Manufacturing Manager
Chris has been employed by AceCo for 4 years. He has worked in the machining/manufacturing industry for 16 years focusing on tool and cutter grinding. During nine of these 16 years, he has been involved in high volume manufacturing. Chris and his wife have three children, two of which are currently serving in the Army. In his free time he enjoys watching movies and traveling, having been to Canada, Brazil, Australia, and many different locations in the United States.
Scott Waller, Production Manager and Quality Control LCD/Solar Division
Scott has been with AceCo for 5 years and brings 15+ years of management experience prior to joining our team. When he is not busy overseeing the daily operations of our LCD/Solar components division you'll find him on the ski slopes, camping, fishing, hunting, or four-wheeling with his son.
Jeff Brooks, Manufacturing R& D Department Mgr./CNC Programmer
Jeff has been with AceCo for 10 years. He is currently the manager of the Manufacturing R&D Deparment, as well as the CNC programmer for our tools. His 30+ year tenure in the manufacturing industry has provided him with experience as a machinist, tool maker, and programming/set-up on CNC systems. When he is not at AceCo he enjoys floating the area waterways and fishing.John Morris, Surface Prep and Inspection Manager
John has 25 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry in Operations and Supply Chain Management - both Domestic and International Operations. Prior to this he worked at International Mining Corp. for 10 years in Production and Operations Management. John has a BA in Business with a Minor in Legal Reasoning and Project Management. He enjoys travel and spending time with his family.
Nathan House, Mechanical Engineer
Nathan has spent 13 years at AceCo Precision Manufacturing working with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing experts to develop products and solve industry problems. A short experience serving as Quality Manager has tempered his current role as Engineering Manager. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho. A native of the beautiful resort town of McCall, Idaho, he is an avid outdoorsman enjoying with wife, two young boys, and two dogs the best Idaho has to offer for hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, whitewater rafting, and skiing/snowboarding.
William Weiss, Quality Manager
Bill has been a member of the AceCo team since 2008 and has been involved with quality management since 1998. As Quality Manager, Bill is responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003 Quality Management System and works closely with our customers to quickly resolve any quality issues that may arise. He promotes continuous improvement to help keep AceCo a preferred supplier for our customers. Bill enjoys the outdoors camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Repair/Refurbishment
Todd Nielsen, Repair/Refurb Manager
Todd has been in the semiconductor industry for 21 years with 14 years at Micron Technology with a focus on industrial automation and process tool repair. He has a degree from ITT Technical Institute in Electronics Engineering Technology. His experience includes the design and manufacturing of custom process tools for use in semiconductor wafer manufacturing. Todd has four US patents in the field of wafer processing. In his spare time Todd likes to ride motorcycles in southwest Idaho’s beautiful mountains.
Paul Taylor, Singapore JV Manager
Paul has 21 years of experience in industrial automation. Fifteen of those years are in the Semiconductor Industry. Paul earned his Master’s Degree in Engineering from Ohio State University in 1990 and started his career at the Idaho National Laboratory. His experiences include development of sensors and software for automation, development of process controls in the welding and semiconductor industries, plant wide monitoring systems, and the development of automated machinery used in the processing of semiconductors. Paul is currently managing AceCo’s Joint Venture in Singapore with Aldon Technologies Services, where he enjoys sailing the South China Sea in his spare time.
